We are seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail who can recognize quality food.

Responsibilities of an Expeditor

1. Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and all department policies and procedures.
2. Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.
3. Understand and execute prep sheets and recipes correctly.
4. Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
5. Monitor product levels and communicate needs during the shift.
6. Follow First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation.
7. Maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift.
8. Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
9. Exhibit teamwork.
