This position will be responsible for preparing and processing workorder paperwork packages. Communicates with internal stakeholders (purchasing, customer service team, fulfilment centers) on status updates and expediting due and past due orders placed with LGG Industrial production and/or warehousing facilities in Norwalk, CA. Also responsible for keeping open workorder reports up-to-date and work with the Fabrication Center Manager to manage to the late backlog. Create shop travelers from system work orders. Update and maintain the shared Production Calendar. The position is also responsible for invoicing orders and filing of workpack documents.
