Job summary

PF Chang’s China Bistro in Norman, OK is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Expeditor or Expo positions to ensure craveable food reaches Guests for takeout and dine-in service.

As an Expeditor/Expo you will manage ticket times, coordinate table visits with management, and relay accurate orders to tables while helping maintain guest satisfaction and team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.

Job Summary

An Expeditor or Expo ensures craveable food for every Guest supporting the takeout and dine in business.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.
