P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring expeditors/expo to ensure craveable food for guests in takeout and dine-in service. Positions are available full-time and part-time on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities include managing ticket times, coordinating table visits with managers, sending accurate orders, and performing restroom checks. Candidates should be at least 18, have restaurant experience if possible, and hold a Food Handler's Card where required.

Qualifications

• Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.

Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Expeditor or Expos.

Job Summary:

An Expeditor or Expo ensures craveable food for every Guest supporting the takeout and dine in business.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.
