Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Expeditor or Expo roles in Birmingham, AL.

You will ensure craveable food for every Guest by supporting takeout and dine-in service, coordinating ticket times, and sending accurate orders. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a strong guest focus. Must be 18+, have or obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations

• Ensure restroom checks are completed
