P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Huntsville, TN is hiring Expeditor/Expo staff for takeout and dine-in service. You will help ensure craveable food is prepared and delivered on time, coordinating with kitchen and dining room teams to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable.

• Clear speaking and attentive listening to staff and guests.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Expeditor or Expos.

Job Summary:

An Expeditor or Expo ensures craveable food for every Guest supporting the takeout and dine in business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed

Job Requirements:
