Job Expectations:

We are looking for an expo who fits with our dynamic team of individuals in the BOH at ERIS. Experience needs to include teamwork, preparing food to quality standards, taking direction, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
• Manage the stations for appropriate ticket builds and garnishes, coordinating with line cooks.
• Setup and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., cleaning lettuce, weighing products, preparing sauces).
• Comply with allergen grid, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.
• Follow chef’s instructions and report as needed.
• Clean up station and handle leftover food appropriately.
• Stock inventory properly.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.

Requirements and Skills

• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
• Familiarity with industry’s best practices.
