Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of orders between kitchen and dining area.

PositionSummary

OurExpeditorrole is a vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring smooth and efficient food service. You'llmanage the flow of orders, communicate with the kitchen and waitstaff, andultimately deliverfood to guests ina timelyandaccuratemanner.

• Mindset:Gatekeeper of speed, accuracy, and quality through using senses, skills, and intuition.
• Order Management: Process orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with the kitchen to prioritize and prepare dishes.
• Communication: Maintainconstant communication between the kitchen and waitstaff, relaying information about order status, special requests, and any necessary adjustments.
• Food Delivery: Run food from the kitchen to the tables, ensuring proper plating and presentation.
• Legendary Hospitality: Address any customer complaints or concerns related to food service.
• Maintaining Efficiency: Assistwith other tasks as needed, such as setting tables, clearing plates, andmaintaininga clean and organized work environment.
• Knowledge of the Menu: Be knowledgeable about the menu items and preparation methods to answer questions andassistcustomers.
• Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to communicate and give directions, both verbally and in writing.
