Job summary

Wisenbaker is seeking an Area Manager who serves as the finish-line leader for our installation projects in Texas. You will partner with builders and installers to ensure timely, quality completion and excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates bring field operations experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail. You’ll guide installers, resolve issues, and keep projects moving while upholding Wisenbaker standards.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitate, troubleshoot, resolve and communicate installation updates.
• Verify job completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and installers to ensure planning and resolution of installation processes.
• Minimize discounts and resolve customer back charges.
