Job summary

Wisenbaker is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager in Houston, TX to own the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory in a fast-paced cabinet manufacturing environment.

You will forecast demand, reduce waste, and lead the inventory control team, aligning purchasing with production schedules. Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills are essential to drive accuracy and continuous improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years manufacturing inventory management experience.
• 1–2+ years leading teams or processes.
• ERP experience with NetSuite, Epicor, SAP required.
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire inventory lifecycle — no babysitting needed.
• Keep stock accurate through smart systems, spot checks, and usage analysis.
• Forecast what’s coming so we’re never short, and never overstocked.
• Be the bridge between purchasing and production — timing is everything.
• Use our ERP to find waste, cut it, and speed things up.
• Mentor your inventory control team and build a culture of pride and precision.
• Recommend changes, own the process, and drive measurable improvements.
