Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Beachwood, OH is hiring an Expeditor/Expo to ensure craveable food for takeout and dine-in guests. This role supports fast-paced service and requires coordinating with kitchen and service teams to meet ticket times and guest expectations.

The position pays $17.00–$21.00 per hour, with benefits including flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and meal discounts. Hiring immediately for both full-time and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Job Summary

An Expeditor or Expo ensures craveable food for every Guest supporting the takeout and dine in business.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.
