Job summary

Big Smile Dentistry seeks an experienced dental assistant to join a private practice that embraces technology and patient-centric care. The role focuses on EFDA duties, impressions, and restorative placements in a family-friendly clinic.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience, radiography certification, and proficiency with Dentrix and iTero, supporting a 4-room operation with a small team.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and X-ray / Radiography Certification are required.
• Experience with EFDA expanded functions and hands-on procedures preferred.
• Clinical experience in Implant Dentistry and General Dentistry is required.
• 2+ years of professional dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform expanded functions duties as an EFDA, including taking impressions and placing and carving restorations.
• Place restorative fillings with precision and expertise.
• Perform delegated reversible expanded functions under the dentist's direction.

Pay

• $20 - $26 per hour

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Flexible schedule

Our office hours are Monday- Thursday from 9-5:30 Fridays from 8-4:30 Every other Saturday from 8-2 When working Saturdays, staff will have another day off during the week
