Dental365 in Powell, OH is hiring an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our modern practice. You will welcome patients, assist the dentist, and perform radiographs and scans as prescribed. We value patient comfort, infection control, and education on oral hygiene.

Open to part-time or full-time opportunities with competitive compensation between $38 and $44 per hour. Qualified candidates must hold an active EFDA license and have 2+ years of EFDA experience; strong interpersonal

• Prior experience and active EFDA license in good standing, required.
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 8 :00am - 5:00pm(optional)
• Tuesday: 8 :00am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 8 :00am - 5:00pm (optional)

Salary Range: $38/HR - $44/HR
