Children’s Dental Health in Springfield, PA is seeking a passionate Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our close-knit pediatric team. You will assist the dentist in restorations, extractions, and root canals, take and develop dental X-rays, manage patient records, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an EFDA.
• Desire to work in a pediatric setting.
• Radiology certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.

• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm, Fridays & Saturdays as needed.

Children's Dental Health is seeking a passionate Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.

As an EFDA, you'll have the chance to showcase your expanded skills and knowledge, assisting our dentist in a variety of procedures, including restorations, extractions, and root canals. You'll take and develop dental X-rays, manage patient records, and provide education on oral hygiene and post-operative care. And, of course, you'll do it all with a friendly and empathetic approach that makes our patients feel at ease.
