Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience in chairside assisting, restorations, prophylaxis, and radiographs.
• Completion of a 4-year dental assistant or dental hygiene program including radiation physics coursework.
• Compliance with radiographic credentialing requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Restore teeth after preparation, and provide chairside assistance and instrument prep.
• Perform intra-oral procedures such as prophylaxis, sealants, and temporary restorations.
• Conduct radiographic procedures and associated dental laboratory tasks (models, trays, casts, impressions).
• Prepare patients for treatment and maintain treatment and supply records.
