Day to Day Operations:

• Complete procedures approved through the Ohio Dental Board.
• Provide materials to the Doctor.
• Take x-rays, complete temporary restorations, place crowns, prepare lab prescriptions, etc.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• EFDA certification in the state of Ohio required.
• EFDA experience desired.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Must have a current and active Ohio Radiology Certification.
• Must have Hepatitis B Vaccinations Record.
• Current CPR preferred.
