Qualifications

• Five+ years in automotive operations, service management, or aftermarket sales.
• Experience coordinating shop workflow and multi-job oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Qualify inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert to sales.
• Consult with clients on maintenance, upgrades, and build options; secure approvals.
• Prepare estimates and proposals; explain recommendations and scope changes.
• Coordinate parts sourcing, pricing, and availability to support schedules.
