Job summary

412 Motorsport, a Los Angeles-based high-end performance shop, seeks an experienced Operations Manager / Sales professional. You will oversee daily shop operations, manage client relationships, and drive sales for services and high-end builds, including performance upgrades and PPF.

Experience with exotic European vehicles is strongly preferred. In this role, you will coordinate with technicians, estimate projects, and guide clients from inquiry to final delivery while maintaining profitability

Qualifications

Professional experience in automotive operations, service management, or aftermarket sales is required.
Ability to guide clients through maintenance, repairs, and customization options.
Proven track record in closing sales and developing repeat business.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, workflow, and job progress coordination.
Qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales for services and builds.
Consult with clients on maintenance, repairs, upgrades, PPF, and custom builds.
Prepare estimates, explain recommendations, and secure client approval.
Coordinate parts sourcing, pricing, and availability to support schedules.
Maintain client records, invoices, and payment follow-up with proper documentation.
Monitor costs and margins to drive profitability and efficiency.
Lead a team, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in a busy shop.
