Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) specialized in exit scenarios to lead the company's liquidity event strategies. You will drive M&A processes, manage QoE analyses, coordinate with bankers and private equity partners, and maximize enterprise value through meticulous preparation and execution.

This role requires a proven track record in sale processes, recapitalizations, or acquisitions, with deep knowledge of due diligence, valuation, and transaction management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership.
  • CFO experience in PE-backed or transaction-focused orgs.
  • Led at least one significant acquisition, recapitalization, or sale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company through a planned sale, recapitalization, or liquidity event.
  • Develop strategies to maximize shareholder value and readiness.
  • Ensure statements and controls withstand thorough due diligence.
  • Manage QoE analyses, audits, forecasts, and transaction support materials.
  • Serve as a liaison with bankers, PE sponsors, lenders, and buyers.
  • Oversee data room prep and responses to due diligence requests.
  • Identify and mitigate transaction-related risks.
  • Lead acquisition integration and post-transaction planning.
  • Evaluate complex transactions and advise ownership and board.
  • Drive cash flow optimization and value creation ahead of a sale.
  • Build infrastructure and KPIs for investor-grade decision making.
