Qualifications

  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or exhibitor-facing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for cinema and theatre exhibitors.
  • Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management: Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with theatre managers, programmers, booking teams, and venue leadership.
  • Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management: Understand each exhibitor’s programming strategy, audience profile, and operational needs to maximize collaboration.
  • Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management: Act as a trusted advisor to exhibitors regarding Qube Wire technology and offerings.
  • Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management: Ensure exhibitors feel supported, informed, and valued throughout all stages of engagement.
  • Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management: Provide clear, timely updates on Qube Wire technology, improvement, upgrades and offerings.
  • Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management: Gather exhibitor feedback on Qube Wire experience and provide insight for improvements and translate exhibitor insights into actionable feedback for internal teams and development.
  • Relationship Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities to expand exhibitor participation across exhibitors and markets.
  • Relationship Development & Strategy: Develop tailored engagement strategies for key exhibitor partners and cinema/theatre chains.
  • Relationship Development & Strategy: Strengthen relationships with independent venues and major exhibition circuits alike.

Position Overview

The Exhibitor Relations Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with cinema and theatre exhibitors to ensure successful deployment, strong collaboration, and optimal performance of Qube Wire/Qube Cinema products.

This role serves as the primary liaison between all Qube Wire operations teams and Exhibitor partners. The manager ensures exhibitors are fully supported with programming information, product opportunities, and ongoing communication throughout the lifecycle in working with Qube Wire.

The ideal candidate is highly relationship-driven, proactive, and deeply familiar with the needs of cinema and theatre exhibitors. They excel at communication, negotiation, and partnership-building in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cinema and theatre exhibitors.
