Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Exhibit Warehouse Technician to join our team in Tucker, GA. The ideal candidate will handle, store, and maintain exhibit materials and equipment, working closely with the exhibit team to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and understand Sales Orders to accurately pull, prep, and pack inventory items for fulfillment.
2. Communicate effectively with Project Manager and Lead Exhibit Technician to execute tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain daily operations.
3. Assemble and dismantle high-quality exhibits for a variety of clients.
4. Prepare Trade Show Exhibit Booths for national and global programs.
5. Organize and maintain the exhibit warehouse for efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
6. Create accurate packing lists for shipments.
7. Coordinate with the exhibit team to fulfill requests for materials and equipment.
8. Adhere to safety protocols while handling exhibit materials.
9. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager and Lead Exhibit Technician.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Experience working in a warehouse or exhibit environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 lbs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques.
• Trade show experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
• Availability to work overtime during peak periods.
