Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Portables Technician to join our team in Tucker, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the production and inventory of work in the portables program. This individual will work closely with the exhibit team to ensure that all materials are stored safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inbound shipments and outbound duties related to the Portable Department; work closely with warehouse personnel during the process.
• Perform regular inventory reviews with appropriate team members.
• Effectively communicate and take direction from the Exhibit Properties Manager to execute tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain daily operations.
• Assemble and dismantle high-quality portables for a wide array of clients.
• Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Account Managers and Project Managers.
• Create accurate packing lists for shipments.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling exhibit materials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Experience in warehouse or exhibit environments preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork abilities.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills.
• Trade show experience is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work overtime during peak periods.
