Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience; trade show or exhibit industry experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
• Ability to learn on the job in a fast-paced industry with live project responsibility.
• Ability to manage costs, time requirements, and customer expectations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact and communicate effectively with customers about event details and exhibit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments from operations to sales to achieve goals.
• Communicate with vendors regarding event details and requirements and to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Management teams.
• Create project timelines with due dates for artwork, inbound products, and approvals; update departments regularly.
• Procure materials and track costs; compare estimated vs actual.
• Enter data into company databases to track job details.
• Communicate schedule conflicts promptly to stakeholders.
• Research and provide detailed information on third‑party vendors.
• Stay informed about market for new materials, suppliers, and techniques.
• Coordinate with show-site installation and dismantle teams.
• Lead production-related meetings.
