Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing experiential marketing and trade show exhibit organization to identify a full-time, experienced Exhibits Project Manager in the Greater Milwaukee area. The role is on-site with work-from-home benefits and travel up to 20%.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 plus benefits. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PM experience in trade shows or related fields, strong vendor coordination skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management in the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, or custom fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of exhibit fabrication processes, graphics production, and event logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating vendors, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and client-service abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and event support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, production, and execution of custom exhibit and event marketing programs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected experiential marketing and trade show exhibit organization to identify a full time, experienced Exhibits Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment!

If you have experience managing custom exhibit builds, event logistics, fabrication schedules, graphics production, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced trade show, experiential marketing, or exhibit house environment this role may be for you!

Location: Greater Milwaukee Area (On-Site with WFH Benefits) | Travel up to 20%

Compensation: $80K-$95K + benefits

Role Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of project management experience within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, or custom fabrication industry.
