Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of exhibit, manufacturing or production experience.
• Minimum 7 years management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Knowledge of exhibit operations and procedures.
• PC skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, Web, and Adobe.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct site manufacturing operations including display/carpentry, warehouse, graphics and traffic.
• Establish and ensure effective resource allocation, production personnel and hours, tools and materials.
• Ensure safety and efficiency and incorporate technology to meet changing requirements.
• Provide production and cost information to management and determine production schedules.
• Train and develop shop personnel.
• Ensure accurate capture and recording of manufacturing data (labor, materials, misc.).
• Maintain physical plant and equipment.
• Perform other duties in support of production.
• Participate in annual performance reviews.
• Be responsible for overall building services.
• Participate in hiring process.
• May act as an active member of project teams with Account Executive, Project Manager, Graphics Designer, etc.
• Responsible for project accuracy according to project scope.
• Responsible for day-to-day shop operations.
