Job summary

Stellant Systems in Williamsport, PA is seeking an Exhaust Operator to perform brazing prep, load and operate furnaces, and evacuate tubes using vacuum exhaust stations. This role works under minimal supervision and follows established procedures for semi-routine tasks.

Responsibilities include preparing/installing tubes, monitoring temperature/pressure, troubleshooting leaks, recording data, and maintaining a clean, organized work area with 100% barcode accuracy for shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Associates in Electronics or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Able to perform mathematical calculations.
• Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
• Good organizational skills, and able to give and follow oral and written instructions.
• Trainable on programmable DCP’s.
• Able to read mechanical drawings / blueprints.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear personal protective equipment.

• Inspect/PM equipment as specified.

Under minimal supervision, and in accordance with written and oral instructions, performs operations required to prepare and chemically clean/plate components, load and operate furnaces in order to perform brazing operations, load and operate exhaust stations to evacuate (vacuum exhaust) tubes. Standard procedures are established and work is semi-routine in nature.
