Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health field; PhD preferred for the Assistant Professor level.
• 3 years of teaching at the higher education level or 3 years of professional experience in health and wellness.
• ACSM or NSCA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Teach in undergraduate and graduate Exercise Science programs.
• Serve as a mentor to students in the Exercise Science Division.
• Participate in research and scholarship.
• Provide service to the University, community, and profession.
• Perform other duties as designated by the Dean and/or Director of Exercise Science.
