Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed healthcare organization in Manchester, NH, and seeks an Exercise Physiologist to design and implement individualized exercise programs that support patients’ health and well-being.

This role combines patient assessment, exercise programming, education, and collaboration with the healthcare team to coordinate care and monitor progress. Schedule is Full-Time, with comprehensive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Experience with patient assessments and individualized exercise programming.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Ability to interpret vital signs and health data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate fitness levels, health conditions and limitations.
• Develop individualized exercise programs based on goals, medical history and abilities.
• Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and necessary modifications.
• Monitor patients during sessions to ensure safety and proper form.
• Educate and motivate patients on benefits of regular physical activity.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate patient progress and treatment records.

What You’ll Do
