Tender Touch Rehab Services in Lewes, DE is seeking a dedicated Exercise Physiologist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will design and oversee exercise and wellness programs, conduct health assessments, and coordinate patient care under clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients/clients to establish medical histories and exercise goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
• May perform diagnostic tests (stress test, EKG) to assess health and fitness.
• Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
• Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:
