Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Newark, DE is seeking a full-time Exercise Physiologist - FT Floater SNF to join our growing team. You will collaborate with therapists to develop and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients under supervision, perform clinical oversight, and help with evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science required.
• Clinical setting experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patient/clients to establish medical histories, exercise histories and exercise goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients/clients under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
• May perform diagnostic tests as indicated (stress test, EKG, body fat) to assess patient/clients health and fitness.
• Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
• Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.
