Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in the United States is seeking an Exercise Physiologist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. You will assess patients, develop and supervise exercise and wellness programs, and provide clinical oversight under a physical therapist or physician to support recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients/clients to establish medical histories and exercise goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
• May perform diagnostic tests (stress test, EKG) to assess health and fitness.
• Ensure all patient documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with patient/clients to establish medical histories, exercise histories and exercise goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients/clients under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
• May perform diagnostic tests as indicated (stress test, EKG, body far) to assess patient/clients health and fitness.
• Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
• Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.
