Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Lewes, DE is hiring a full-time Exercise Physiologist to join our skilled nursing facility team under Enhance Therapies. You will develop and coordinate exercise and wellness programs, and provide clinical oversight of patient exercise plans within a collaborative care model.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Exercise Physiology and have a strong commitment to high-quality rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patient/clients to establish medical histories, exercise histories and exercise goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients/clients under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
• May perform diagnostic tests as indicated (stress test, EKG, body fat) to assess patient/clients health and fitness.
• Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
• Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.
