Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring an Exercise Physiologist for a full-time role in Ocean County, NJ. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with a setting in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care.

The position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits. The candidate will work under supervision of a physical therapist or physician to develop and oversee exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patient/clients to establish medical histories, exercise histories and exercise goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients/clients under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
• May perform diagnostic tests as indicated (stress test, EKG, body fat) to assess patient/clients health and fitness.
• Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
• Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.
