Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Integration and Readiness Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and integrate WRM and PWM capabilities into exercises, training events, and contingency planning activities for Air Force missions.

Responsibilities include asset utilization planning, lessons learned collection, and concept validation with a focus on developing innovative solutions and senior-level coordination. Travel up to 25% and security clearance required.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with Air Force WRM.
  • 7+ years of experience with exercise planning, logistics operations, or readiness management.
  • Experience supporting Air Force exercises and contingency operations.
  • Experience allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing requirements.
  • Experience leading and participating in a working group or planning groups.
  • Knowledge of distribution management and materiel management.
  • Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and various types of briefings, and present products to stakeholders and decision-makers to achieve key outcomes.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Exercise Integration and Readiness Coordinator

The Opportunity:

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with Air Force WRM
  • 7+ years of experience with exercise planning, logistics operations, or readiness management
  • Experience supporting Air Force exercises and contingency operations
  • Experience allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing requirements
  • Experience leading and participating in a working group or planning groups
  • Knowledge of distribution management and materiel management

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working on strategic-level military staff
  • Experience working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments
  • Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, to solve complex problems
  • Possession of excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree
  • USAF 2G0X1 or similar Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
