Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Exercise Control Analyst to support Marine Force capability development, researching, developing, and producing high-priority deliverables with exercise planners, training staff, and SMEs.

You will develop scenario architecture, OPORDs, and inject strategies that drive joint all-domain realism during warfighting and service-level training exercises, with travel to CONUS locations up to 15% and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with joint or service-level exercise planning or EXCON operations.
• Experience developing OPORDs, scenario architecture, RoadtoWar, or Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL).
• Experience adjudicating operations, simulating higher headquarters intent, and delivering dynamic scenario corrections during live execution.
• Experience with Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) integration and training system interoperability.
• Knowledge of Project Tripoli and the TECOM Campaign Plan.
• Ability to create daily operational summaries, inject logs, and refinement or AAR notes for staff review.
• Ability to develop and present briefings for senior military and civilian personnel.
• Ability to travel to CONUS locations up to 15% of the time for field exercises.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

You Have

• Graduate of an Expeditionary Warfare School, Command and Staff College, or equivalent

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
