Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Senior Exercise Planner to coordinate with a DoD customer, developing approved requirements for environment and event execution. You will facilitate integration of non-kinetic IO and Cyber activities into training, exercises, tests, and experiments.

Role requires 5+ years in JELC and operations planning, plus TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree. On-site support for partner sites worldwide is expected as part of the role.

The Opportunity:

Coordinate and collaborate with a DoD c us tomer to develop approved requirements supporting environment and event execution. Facilitate the development and integration of non-kinetic IO and Cyber activities into training, exercise, rehearsal, testing, and experimentation events. Support test and evaluation activities specifically related to service training, Joint training, exercises, experimentation, mission rehearsal, new and legacy system upgrade acquisition programs, Developmental Test and Evaluation ( DT & E ) , Operational Test and Evaluation ( OT & E ) , Certification Test and Evaluation ( CT & E ) , coalition partners, and Combatant Command, service, and agency events. Provide on-site environment and event planning support to non-local partner sites, both current and future.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle ( JELC )
• 5+ years of experience with operational or exercise planning
• Experience proofreading and editing te chn ical documents
• Knowledge of Micro sof t Office suites, including Visio 2010 or later versions
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
