Qualifications

• Must have five (5) years of supervisory experience.
• Must hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• The professional designation of Certified Florida Evaluator (CFE) is preferred.
• Proficient in database, internet, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Exemptions, Deeds, & Tax Roll divisions and coordinate duties of staff.
• Evaluate workloads, workflows, deadlines, and objectives.
• Approve compliance determinations and notices before recording.
• Coordinate with Tax Collector’s Office and Florida Department of Revenue regarding corrections.
