The role requires a CPA, 8+ years of domestic tax experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in domestic tax.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train, coach, and mentor others.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review private company C‑Corp, S‑Corp, partnership, individual federal and state tax returns, including consolidated returns.
• Lead engagements from planning through completion; manage tax compliance, planning, and provision projects on time and within budget.
• Review estimated tax payments and extensions.
• Research and review tax issues.
• Mentor staff and provide feedback.
• Supervise team to meet client and partner expectations.
• Serve as primary client contact with billing, realization, and collections.
• Begin to develop a practice development plan including networking and client expansion activities.
