One Federal Solution seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering data reporting, analytics, dashboards, and related services for a government client in Washington, DC. The role serves as the senior management lead, coordinating across technical and analytical workstreams and ensuring program performance, staffing, and deliverables meet government requirements.

The ideal candidate has a proven record managing complex federal programs and guiding teams

Qualifications

• Senior-level program, project, engagement, or delivery management experience.
• Experience managing complex Federal Government programs, contracts, or technical service delivery efforts.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinating resources across project teams.
• Experience serving as primary point of contact for Government customers, CORs, COs, or senior program stakeholders.
• Experience supporting data analytics, reporting, BI, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Government leadership and oversee overall program performance.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering data reporting, analytics, dashboards, and related services.
• Coordinate activities across technical and analytical workstreams and ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and maintain program documentation and status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and 508 requirements and coordinate with Government stakeholders.
