Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas is seeking an SVP, Player Development to lead the guest-relations strategy and VIP programs, reporting to the President and SVP of Gaming Operations. You will oversee hosts, loyalty initiatives, and premium experiences, guiding teams to deliver extraordinary guest journeys across gaming, hospitality and entertainment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of extensive, proven experience within the gaming industry with strong communication, judgment, professionalism and integrity.
Deep familiarity and compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, and Player Development policies.
Experience leading large guest-facing teams and delivering measurable results in a luxury gaming environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level strategic leadership for all Player Development programs, hosts, and VIP service teams.
Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategies to increase gaming revenue through relationship cultivation and personalized service.
Build and expand relationships with top-tier guests to drive incremental trips, extended stays, and increased gaming activity.
Oversee guest evaluation, ratings analysis, trip frequency, and segmentation to optimize host portfolios.
