Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Senior Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service to lead and manage a team responsible for ticket sales and retention for Penn State. You will oversee premium seating, season tickets, and group/single-game sales for multiple sports, while driving revenue growth and fan engagement.

The role involves launching and guiding the West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium Revitalization, with direct responsibility for meeting annual sales and retention goals in a high-profile venue

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience in ticket sales
• Minimum four (4) years in management role leading a ticket sales team
• Proven ability to develop and train staff and identify future sales leaders
• History as a top revenue producer for a sports and/or entertainment organization
• Track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the Premium Ticket Sales & Service and Ticket Sales & Service teams, maintaining direct oversight of ticketing performance marketing and analytics to optimize revenue, fan engagement, and business performance
• Lead the sales team on the West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium Revitalization project, overseeing premium seating sales strategy, seat selection operations, and new revenue initiatives
• Lead the sales team selling season, group, and single-game tickets for Penn State's ticketed athletics programs
• Meet or exceed annual team ticket sales and/or retention goals
• Work with Elevate analytics teams to identify quality leads and monitor revenue pipeline
• Develop and maintain a competitive sales team culture, leading meetings and training
• Establish service and retention-oriented processes to respond to Season Ticket Members and customers
• Balance service calls with outbound sales responsibilities to maintain customer satisfaction
• Train sales and service team to identify up-sells and referral business
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online sales and drive deposits and purchases
• Plan and implement events for Season Ticket Members and fans
• Establish processes to optimize online account management usage
• Manage game day duties including hosting member events and sales meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
