Scion Staffing, Inc. seeks a full-time Vice President of Property Management to oversee a large multifamily and commercial portfolio across multiple markets, based in Greater Cincinnati, OH.

The role will manage property operations and site teams and is responsible for the physical and financial performance of the portfolio. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across the portfolio, managing property budgets and controlling costs, and leading and developing site teams that

Qualificações

• 5+ years of property management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and leading teams in multi-site portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across the portfolio.
• Manage property budgets and control costs.
• Lead and develop site teams (managers, leasing, maintenance, compliance).
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports with the accounting team.
• Improve operating procedures and systems as needed.
• Set team goals and track performance; support staffing decisions.
• Support leadership on future growth and development.
