Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) seeks a strategic executive to lead HR systems and payroll platforms, with primary ownership of Workday HCM and ADP Payroll, supporting a complex aerospace manufacturing workforce.

You will drive system strategy, governance, and data security, partnering with HR, Finance, IT and Compliance to ensure compliant, scalable solutions across multi-state operations and government contracting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS HR or similar) strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in HR or payroll systems or enterprise applications.
• 7+ years in senior leadership or executive roles.
• Direct leadership of enterprise Workday and ADP Vantage teams.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Proven success leading large, complex system implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute PCC's HR and payroll systems strategy aligned with growth and global workforce needs.
• Provide executive leadership over Workday and ADP Payroll teams including HRIS, payroll systems, integrations, reporting, and security.
• Define, own and lead system roadmaps, upgrades, and enhancements initiatives.
• Ensure compliant payroll processing globally across multi-state, union, nonunion, exempt and non-exempt populations.
• Oversee integration between Workday, ADP Payroll, timekeeping, labor tracking, benefits, finance, and IT systems (AD, ServiceNow).
• Support complex payroll needs including shift differentials, premium pay, and government requirements.
• Ensure systems comply with ITAR, SOX, GDPR and labor laws.
• Partner with Legal, Internal Audit and Compliance for controls, audit readiness and data security.
• Maintain strong data governance, privacy, role-based access controls, and cybersecurity practices.
