Qualifications

• BS degree in business field or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years managerial experience.
• Minimum 10 years payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex payroll data and present findings.
• Experience with PR-related systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure efficient operation of payroll function and department.
• Oversee biweekly and special incentive payrolls distribution and reporting.
• Administer payroll tax transmissions to ADP and handle tax inquiries.
• Reconcile W-2s and payroll-related GL accounts; investigate variances.
• Ensure SOX and regulatory compliance; assist with audits.
• Develop procedures to improve payroll processes and data integrity.
• Train payroll staff; maintain user guides and records.
• Coordinate relocation and other fringe benefits processing.
