Acosta seeks an EVP of Operations to drive enterprise merchandising, retail execution strategy, and profitable service delivery across the organization. You will align field, client, finance, HR, and technology partners to deliver scalable operating standards and strong client outcomes.

The role requires 15+ years of senior leadership in merchandising/retail operations, strong financial stewardship, and ability to lead cross-functional teams through change and growth.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership and strategic planning experience required.
• 15+ years of leadership in merchandising/retail operations or related fields.
• Experience partnering with clients and executive teams across functions.
• Travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise operations strategy and scalable operating model across functions.
• Align roadmaps, budgets, and technology investments with enterprise priorities.
• Oversee service delivery, risk management, and performance across programs and geographies.
• Partner with Finance and Sales to drive margin improvement and responsible growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing senior leadership team.
