Job summary

The executive will own budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement and scalable operating standards to meet retailer requirements and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise operations strategy across merchandising and retail execution.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and profit-and-loss results for the portfolio.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and capability building.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Technology on operations roadmaps and investments.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across programs.
