Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or analytics-related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in operations, supply chain, or analytics.
- 7+ years in senior leadership with multiple function responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Translate growth initiatives into executable supply chain and inventory plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure business-plan execution and performance.
- Build leadership depth and a data-driven, accountable culture.
- Own inventory planning, optimization, and working capital metrics.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to drive decision making.
