Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• 10+ years leading multi-site aerospace/defense operations.
• Experience managing operations at scale with safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital.
• Proven ability to scale production and lead cross-functional transformation.
• Working knowledge of defense contracting, export controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel 25–40% domestically and internationally.
• Security clearance eligibility as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operations workflow from demand planning to replenishment.
• Lead AxS planning, ERP discipline, and master data governance.
• Ensure on-time delivery, material readiness, and recovery from disruptions.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma and digital manufacturing improvements.
• Partner with Global Operations to standardize enterprise systems and capabilities.
