This role can be located in the Washington, DC area or Northern Virginia, and requires hands-on strategic and financial discipline. The Vice President will lead multi-site operations, manage program managers, ensure contract performance, and maintain strong customer relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible federal government contracting experience with Navy programs.
• Experience managing multiple federal contracts and dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract types (FFP, cost-reimbursement, T&M).
• Proven ability to develop relationships with Navy customers.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of Navy contracts and programs across Three Saints Bay subsidiaries.
• Lead program managers and operational leadership teams; ensure performance and profitability.
• Establish procedures, performance standards, and internal controls.
• Ensure contract execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, EACs, labor utilization, and financial forecasting.
• Support recompetes and capture efforts with operational knowledge.
• Report to CEO with timely assessments of performance and risks.
