Job summary

RXR Realty, in partnership with TF Cornerstone, seeks a VP, MEP Design & Construction to lead end-to-end delivery of base-building MEP systems for 175 Park Avenue, a premier mixed-use tower in NYC. You will direct design, procurement, and commissioning activities, interfacing with the design team and RXR Property Management to ensure operability and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE preferred for leadership level role.
• 10+ years delivering MEP scope for large-scale projects.
• Experience with BIM coordination and project software.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design decisions from development to construction.
• Coordinate MEP interfaces with life safety and operations.
• Oversee procurement of major MEP equipment and long-lead items.
• Lead MEP value engineering to maintain performance.
